Dear Residents,

We wanted to update you on our next steps in addressing the concerns that many of you have raised around maintenance costs for the crib lock walls, recent garden restrictions, and potential conflicts of interest in the procurement process. The Avon Water Walk Owners Association Committee has prepared a formal letter which we’ll be sending to both Hacking and Paterson and Persimmon.

To strengthen our collective position, we urge every resident to join us in raising these issues directly. We have provided a template letter for you to use below. For those who have not experienced any issues with garden restrictions, the relevant section in the template letter can be deleted as appropriate.

Additionally, the letter will be printed and delivered to all residents on the estate for those who may not have Facebook or know of the website. This will be done as soon as possible to ensure everyone is informed.

The more of us who voice these concerns, the greater the likelihood that our issues will be taken seriously and acted upon. Thank you all for your continued support and involvement in these important matters for our community.
